Position Assistant Manager Locations Ellijay, Blue Ridge and Blairsville (Ellijay Domino’s) Responsibilities Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. Perform all the duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers. Manage anywhere from 3 to 15 employees during your scheduled shift. Greet customers and take orders with a smile. Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers. Make consistent products within Domino’s Pizza guidelines. Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner. Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint. Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards. What we’re looking for Experience leading a team; you will manage a staff of 3 to 15 people during your shift. A positive attitude and strong motivation to be successful. A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check; reliable, insured vehicle required. Be a great role model and leader—be punctual and have a great attitude with customers and co-workers. You must be at least 18 years old. Qualifications Must be able to work at least 3 shifts per week and be available weekends. Be authorized to work in the United States. Must have reliable transportation. Background check required.
