Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Critical Care ICU | Clinton, MD

MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital Center is seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our collaborative ICU and Critical Care team in Clinton, Maryland, just minutes from Washington, D.C.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced APP who enjoys managing high-acuity patients, practicing with a high level of autonomy, and working alongside dedicated Critical Care physicians in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Providers practice in a 15-bed mixed medical/surgical ICU with strong multidisciplinary support and access to the resources of one of the region's leading healthcare systems.

Qualifications

* Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required
* Minimum one year of inpatient experience required
* ICU, Critical Care, Hospital Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Acute Care experience preferred
* Strong clinical judgment and collaborative practice skills
