Sales Representative / Account Manager – Food Services Miami, FL (Hybrid) Schedule: Full-Time – Monday to Friday Contract Type: Permanent Base pay range: $80,000 – $100,000 per year, plus up to 70 % commission/bonus Join a well‑established leader in the fast‑paced Fresh & Frozen Seafood market, known for delivering high‑quality products across the U.S. and Canada. Our client is seeking a driven Sales Representative/Account Manager to expand their footprint in the food service industry, focusing on national and regional accounts, including restaurant chains and distributors. What You’ll Be Doing Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new food service markets across the U.S. and Canada. Target and acquire mid‑to‑large‑sized restaurant chains and foodservice distributors. Build and manage a strong portfolio of new clients, aiming to generate over $10 million in new sales in the first year and double that in the second. Establish long‑term client relationships through professional sales techniques and superior customer service. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales goals with broader company objectives. Report directly to the Director of Sales for the U.S. office and contribute to high‑level business strategies. What You Bring to the Table Bachelor's degree required. 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally within the foodservice or seafood sectors (preferred but not required). Open to recent college grads with sales experience and the ability to be articulate. Demonstrated experience in building and managing relationships with corporate clients. Strong negotiation, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Analytical mindset with creative thinking and adaptability. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. A resilient, driven personality with a hunger for exceeding sales targets. Competitive base salary with lucrative commission structure. Bonus opportunities based on performance.
