Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Are you an exceptional speech‑language pathologist ready to make a difference in a Jackson County elementary school? ESS Clinical is looking for a dedicated CCC SLP to lead student support services. Pay: up to $2,156 per week Employment: W-2, 109‑9, and travel options available No non‑compete clauses in our contracts. Responsibilities Conduct assessments and provide therapy to students with speech and language disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote academic and social success. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting plans as necessary. Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations. Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Disorders. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence. (Provisional) State licensure in Speech‑Language Pathology. Experience in a school‑based setting preferred. Schedule & Location Full‑time, part‑time, or contract positions available. Day shift, Monday–Friday, no nights or weekends. In‑person work at the school.
