Preventative Maintenance TechnicianThe Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician performs preventative maintenance on production equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation within a food manufacturing environment. This role focuses on following established preventative maintenance task lists, identifying potential issues before they lead to downtime, and supporting continuous improvement of maintenance processes.ResponsibilitiesComplete preventative maintenance on all production equipment in accordance with established preventative maintenance task lists.Dismantle equipment as needed to perform preventative maintenance tasks and reassemble it correctly without supervision.Make suggestions for improvements or additions to preventative maintenance task lists to enhance reliability and efficiency.Perform preventative maintenance tasks while actively inspecting equipment for defects or potential issues and correcting them as needed.Use a variety of basic hand tools, and develop proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and manual repair equipment to perform maintenance and repairs.Why Work Here?You will join a growing, reputable organization that is actively expanding in the local market, providing stability and long-term opportunities for development.
