PrideStaff has an incredible opportunity for a Sewing Machine Operator in Fort Lauderdale area
Responsibilities:
- Operates sewing machines to assemble aviation emergency equipment products.
- Experience with commercial/industrial single and double-needle sewing machines. Interfaces with all manufacturing personnel as required
- Monitors sewing operation for issues such as breaks in thread, defective stitching or machine issues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one-year sewing experience using commercial equipment required • Able to distinguish stitch lengths
- Able to use electric cutters and scissors
- Must learn quality procedures & related specifications
- Strong knowledge of how to read blueprints and apply to everyday tasks
