Salesforce Administrator

Salesforce Administrator | Location: Providence, RI | Contract | Hourly Pay Range: $45-$54

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join a dynamic team supporting enterprise-level CRM and BI solutions. This role involves configuring and maintaining the Salesforce platform, developing dashboards, and collaborating with business stakeholders to optimize system performance within a hybrid remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and configure the Salesforce platform, including objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, user profiles, permission sets, reports, and dashboards.
• Support system maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support to ensure optimal platform performance.
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and operational reports to support business decision-making.
• Coordinate and manage small system enhancements, including Salesforce configuration updates.
• Lead testing activities such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and defect tracking.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between business teams, program administrators, and third-party vendors.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and technical solutions.
• Support data validation, data quality initiatives, and system integrations as needed.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and system procedures.
• Recommend process improvements and technology solutions to enhance system usability, efficiency, and data quality.
• Ensure system configurations and enhancements align with security, governance, and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience managing IT projects and supporting system implementations.
• Hands-on experience administering Salesforce, including configuration and user management.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce and Tableau platforms.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using BI tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple initiatives.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting system testing, defect management, and deployments.
• Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance standards related to Salesforce.
• Experience with system integrations and data validation processes.
