Logistics Acquisition Analyst

DescriptionLogistics Acquisition Analyst Training in San Diego, CASAIC is looking for cleared Logistics Acquisition Analyst candidates to support Program Executive Office, Command, Control, Computers, Communications, and Intelligence (PEO C4I), Programs of Record and projects. The candidate shall be able to plan, develop and support the Training, Planning and Development efforts of PEO C4I PMW 120 programs. Provide analytical support for the planning, identification, development, implementation, integration, and monitoring of all Manpower, Personnel and Training activities. Candidate shall provide support to Product Support Managers (PSMs) and the Assistant Program Manager- Training (APM-T) for PEO C4I PMW 120 programs. Specific tasks include the following:· Interface with various levels of program leadership: project managers, task and functional leaders, and product owners. · Analyze user needs to determine functional requirements and define problems and develop plans to address requirements · Create, update or review Job Task Analysis (JTA), Front End Analysis (FEA), Training Requirements Planning (TRP), Navy Training Systems Plans (NTSP) in Human Requirements Planning System (HARPS), Training materials, and Training curriculum. · Support the development of Manpower, Personnel and Training (MPT) documentation for all ACAT and non-ACAT programs, as required by the Product Support Managers. · Lead and provide briefs and minutes for Manpower, Personnel and Training (MPT) working groups, and the Job Task Analysis (JTA) working groups and provide final JTA product as required. · Conduct analysis of training classes and develop/update Training Materials and training plans including NTSPs as required. · Support and participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and working groups, PSM meetings, and other activities and record minutes and action items for all product support meetings.QualificationsRequired Education & Experience: Bachelors and 10 years or more experience. 4 additional years of applicable military experience with IO/ISR systems and/or DoD Acquisition experience is acceptable in lieu of degree.Security Clearance US Citizen with an active TS/SCIRequired Skills: Ability to work with and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders; Government technical representatives, and contractors; excellent written and oral communications; ability to work in a team collaborative environment; ability to brief senior government personnel.• 6+ years of management or logistics experience• Experience with Microsoft Office• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills· Logistics Management and administration• Experience working at and/or with NAVWAR, PEO C4I/EIS, NIWC PAC, and NIWC LANT• Navy C4ISR systems experience• Experience with Human Systems Integration analysis• Working knowledge of OPNAV Instruction 1500.76 (Series)Desired Skills and Certifications: · Technical writing· Training Analysis· Prior Military experience with IO/ISR/METOC systemsDesired Experience:· PEO C4I / NAVWAR Acquisition experience· ISR/IO Military TrainingJob Field: LogisticsTravel: Yes, 10 % of the Time
