MD (Medical Doctor), DO (Osteopathic Doctor) Hematology Oncology

Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients Provide ongoing patient education and support Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Stay updated on the latest advancements in hematology and oncology Participate in clinical trials and research initiatives Maintain accurate and timely medical records Engage in continuous professional development and training Requirements Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Completion of residency in internal medicine or a related field Board certification or eligibility in hematology oncology Strong clinical skills and experience in patient care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Commitment to continuing education and professional growth Passion for patient advocacy and high-quality care Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p 1:5 call rotation, moving to 1:7 Patient Census: 15-18 per day Patient Population: Young adults through geriatrics; no pediatrics 80% oncology, 20% benign hematology GU, GI, thoracic, and general tumor boards Support Staff: Nurses and APPs EMR: Epic Must be board-certified or board-eligible Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary + RVUs Medical malpractice coverage Sign-on and relocation assistance #J-18808-Ljbffr Rinvio Recruitment
