Ensure adherence to Duffy’s brand standards, employment policies, health and safety standards and financial performance. Major Areas of Responsibility: Monitor all restaurant operations and conditions to ensure the quality of the product and guest services. Knowledge of FOH manager computer functions. Comply with restroom standards. Strong MVP and Paytronix knowledge. Basic R&M knowledge. Enter all food invoices and import Sysco invoices. Involved in local store marketing initiatives. Basic P&L knowledge. Handle cash transactions, comps, or voids, and amounts of cash in drawers.
