Sign‑on bonus is paid in two increments: $500 is paid after the caregiver has worked 500 hours, and another $500 is paid after the caregiver has worked 1,000 hours. Caregivers must be active at the time of bonus payout and maintain at least an 85% electronic visit verification to receive the bonus. Bonuses are paid within 30 days of reaching eligibility. New caregivers and previous caregivers who have not worked for Help at Home within one year are eligible. Caregivers transferring from an organization within the Help at Home, LLC portfolio of companies are not eligible to receive the bonus.
