Job Description The Associate agent opportunity is designed for business professionals interested in becoming Farmers® agency owners. Upon completion of the business requirements, Associate agents have an opportunity to take advantage of an agency ownership opportunity. Associate agents have the opportunity to have capital requirements reduced or waived based on achieving certain criteria set by Farmers. The compensation for this opportunity is paid to Associate agents based on monthly productions. You must live in the State of Georgia. High school diploma or equivalent. Pass a background check. Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance, is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented with a passion for helping clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
