Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Job Summary:


Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specialized in Medical Surgical to provide high-quality patient care. This role involves managing a diverse caseload in a fast-paced healthcare environment, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders.
• Monitor patient responses and document progress consistently.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid and unexpired Registered Nurse license required.
• Proven experience in Medical Surgical nursing preferred.
• Possess current CPR and BLS certifications.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Must adhere to submission requirements including a copy of candidate's unexpired driver’s license and willingness to disclose licensing hits at submission.
