You'll handle donations, keep things moving, and make sure our shelves stay stocked with awesome stuff. Here’s what a typical day might look like: Sort, price, and process donated items - it's like a treasure hunt every day! Work with a team that’s friendly, fun, and fast-moving Keep your space tidy and safe (we like clean and clear work areas!) Use our 'good, better, best' pricing to bring value to our shoppers Help rotate seasonal items and organize stock like a pro Follow safety rules - we've got your back! Pitch in where needed - teamwork makes the dream work! What We’re Looking For A positive attitude and willingness to learn You're reliable, motivated, and a great team player Comfortable on your feet and able to lift up to 50 lbs Great communication and people skills Strong eye for quality and detail Ready to work hard and have fun doing it No Degree? No Problem! We provide the training - all you need is a can-do attitude and a willingness to grow. What to Expect Mostly indoors, sometimes outside Active, hands-on work (no cubicles here!)
