Passion for our mission and vision is required!ResponsibilitiesOwn the candidate sourcing and interview process across highly technical engineering roles, from initial application to pre-offerAct as subject matter expert and strategic talent advisor, owning job posting and advertisementDevelop sourcing models and plans to generate talent pools, networks and pipelines; build and execute robust search strategies, calibrate candidates and assessment strategies with hiring managersDevelop prospects into candidates. Engage, sustain relationships, screen, and present to hiring teams.Collaborate with, mentor, and develop other members of the Talent Acquisition TeamLead and participate in scoping discussions, weekly tag-ups, and candidate debriefsPrepare status reports and lead update meetings on active searchesDive deep with an inquisitive approach into the technical requirements of job requisitionsRemain up to date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisitionMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree, or equivalent in years of relevant recruiting experience5+ years of full cycle in-house recruiting experienceBroad engineering background including Software Development, Fluid Systems, Thermal, Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, and Propulsion Engineering to support our space mission projectsProactive and professional communication skills; demonstrated ability to influence hiring decisions and advise business leadersDemonstrated success actively sourcing talent using a variety of platforms and methodsProficiency with utilizing data analytics to drive recruitment strategies and outcomes (familiarity with Tableau is a plus)Preferred Qualifications:CIR, ACIR, or similar industry certifications or Google X-ray technique knowledgeProficiency with Workday applicant tracking systemRecruiting or deep technical understanding of the positions represented in Manufacturing, Defense, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Nuclear Power, Technology, Aviation industriesExperience managing exempt and nonexempt positionsBase Pay Range for:WA applicants is $112,059.00 - $156,882.60Other site ranges may differCulture StatementDon’t meet all desired requirements?
