Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist for school-based practice
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development and the IEP process
• Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations strongly encouraged
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech and language screenings and assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with students’ needs and IEP goals
• Deliver direct speech and language therapy utilizing evidence-based techniques
• Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and communicate results to educational teams and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents
• Provide resources and guidance to staff for best practices in supporting students’ communication

This position will begin on July 27, 2026, and extend through May 26, 2027. Interviews can be scheduled this week after 11:00 AM to ensure a smooth onboarding and preparation for the upcoming school year.
