HR/Office Coor

At Air Handling Equipment, people are at the heart of what we do. We are looking for an energetic, organized, and relationship-focused HR/Office Coordinator who enjoys wearing multiple hats and making a real impact. This position plays a key role in recruiting top talent, supporting employees, coordinating payroll and compliance activities, and helping create a positive workplace culture.

What You Will Do

• Serve as a professional first point of contact for visitors customers and employees along with answering incoming phone calls and route inquiries.
• Maintain HR, payroll, and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality in the HRIS
• Coordinate employee training, safety programs, and compliance initiatives
• Provide administrative and operational support for a growing organization
• Support as needed recruiting, onboarding, and employees throughout the employment lifecycle
• Support benefits administration and employee engagement activities
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees

What We Are Looking For

3-5 years of HR, payroll, office administration, or related experience preferred. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and proficiency with Microsoft Officeare essential.
