The Retail Sales Person position has a pay scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include base hourly compensation of $16.04. The position also pays a bonus based on individual performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met)WITHOUT ANY FIXED UPPER LIMIT!! We're looking for a few good men and women to join our staff of sales professionals. No auto experience necessary, as long as you have strong selling experience, high energy, combined with a willingness to learn, we will gladly teach you everything you need to know about selling cars.
