Client Advisor - Saks Greenwich

Summary Sell and represent a luxury leather-goods brand at the Saks Greenwich location, focusing on delivering exceptional client service and achieving individual and store sales goals. Develop and maintain a client book, promote store events, and ensure a high-quality store presentation. Provide personalized follow-up on shipments, alterations, and client inquiries to build long-term relationships. Responsibilities Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals Use product knowledge during the sales process to maximize sales, units per transaction, and transaction value Capture and enter relevant customer information into the database and maintain an active client book Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes and follow up with clients Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and general store housekeeping to maintain store image Requirements Minimum 3 years of retail experience with a focus on sales; luxury retail experience preferred Candidates with an existing client book strongly preferred Computer literate and able to learn and use various software programs Service-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about luxury products and design Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; foreign languages a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
