THE TYPE OF PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:
- Prior medical front desk reception or customer service experience
- A commitment to accuracy - because proper registration and insurance verification set the foundation for all administrative processes
- A natural ability to put patients at ease

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR
You can expect to work:
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 am–5:00 pm
As our Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of the front office - setting the tone the moment a patient arrives.
Your responsibilities include:
- Greeting and checking patients into the clinic
- Accurately collecting co‑pays and balances
- Answering incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
- Verifying demographic information and insurance
- Scheduling appointments and supporting clinic flow
