Join Our Morning Kitchen Crew – AM Line Cook Are you passionate about great food, fast-paced kitchens, and being part of a team that takes pride in every plate? We're looking for an experienced and motivated AM Line Cook to join our HIGH-VOLUME kitchen culinary team. As an AM Line Cook, you'll play a critical role in setting the tone for the day, preparing high-quality menu items, maintaining a clean and organized station, and supporting the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in delivering an exceptional guest experience. What You’ll Do Set up and stock stations with all necessary ingredients and supplies Prepare ingredients for service including vegetables, proteins, sauces, and more Execute menu items with consistency, quality, and speed Follow recipes, specifications, and direction from the Executive Chef and Sous Chef Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation Properly stock and rotate inventory Ensure food is prepared and plated accurately and efficiently Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Contribute to a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or restaurant cook Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, kitchen equipment, and procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable, punctual, and team-focused attitude Understanding of industry best practices and food safety standards Culinary school training is a plus, but not required Why Join Us?
