Senior Specialist, Product Management (Securities Finance)

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Product Management to join our Securities Finance team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FLThe Senior Specialist, Product Management will support Securities Finance product strategy and execution by translating client, market, and regulatory inputs into roadmap priorities. Partner across stakeholders to deliver scalable, controlled, client-focused capabilities and drive readiness and adoption. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Support Securities Finance product strategy, roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution. Gather and refine requirements, user needs, process improvements, and supporting product materials. Partner with technology, change, operations, risk, legal, compliance, and control teams to deliver governed enhancements. Analyze client feedback, usage trends, service metrics, and market/regulatory developments to identify opportunities. Support business cases, go-to-market readiness, communications, training, client messaging, and adoption. Maintain documentation, monitor performance, and participate in cross-functional forums to drive execution and stakeholder alignment.To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Experience in product management, securities finance, capital markets, or related financial services domains.Knowledge of securities lending, collateral, financing workflows, market infrastructure, and client servicing models.Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional initiatives in complex, highly controlled environments.Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance growth, risk, client needs, and operational considerations.At BNY, our culture allows us to run our company better and enables employees’ growth and success.
