Join us and be part of something extraordinary.We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist to join our Fund Reporting team. This role is located in Lake Mary FLIn this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:• Prepares and reviews accounting statements on behalf of clients.• Assists in working with auditors and clients to ensure statements are accurately produced and verified on a timely basis.• Reviews fund balance sheet, income statement, statement of cash flows, and statement of shareholders equity to ensure reported numbers are reconciled.• Drafts accounting statements and reports, incorporating fund calculations, for clients to review fund performance.• Ensures completeness and accuracy of disclosure and that financial reports meet Corporate and applicable regulatory standards.• Assists in collaborating with auditors and clients to make changes to financial reports and ensure they accurately depict fund performance.• Assists in developing materials for presentation to Board of Directors.• Escalates more complex accounting discrepancies to senior team members.• Provides guidance to less experienced team members and may have people management responsibilities in some geographies.• Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience.• 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.• Experience in accounting preferred.• Ability to collaborate effectively with auditors, clients, and internal teams.• People leadership experience (if applicable) or willingness to provide guidance to junior team members.At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:BNY NewsroomBNY LinkedIn Here’s a few of our recent awards:• America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025• World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025• “Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025Our Benefits and Rewards:BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
