Senior Business Development Manager

Job Description
- Develop and implement business development strategies to support the growth of the Investigations & White Collar practice.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
- Collaborate with partners and practice leaders to create client-focused marketing materials and proposals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs.
- Coordinate and manage client events, seminars, and webinars to strengthen client relationships.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of business development initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for cross-selling services.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align branding and communication efforts with business development goals.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior BD Manager - Trade & Investigations should have:
- 8+ years of business development experience in legal and/or professional services.
- A strong understanding of Investigations & White Collar practice and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other business development tools.
What's on Offer
- Base salary range - $175,000-$200,000
- Eligible for discretionary bonus
- 20 days PTO (1st year)
