Junior Property Manager

The Junior Property Manager provides administrative and operational support for the day-to-day management of Sentinel Fund’s commercial retail real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for assisting with property operations, tenant relations, vendor coordination, and general office administration to help ensure properties are well-maintained, compliant, and operating efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and enjoys solving problems in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Property Operations Assist in ensuring properties are maintained in accordance with company standards, local regulations, and lease requirements. Assist with documenting property inspections, service requests, and maintenance. Help gather vendor quotes and assist in evaluating repair scopes and project needs. Maintain positive, professional relationships with tenants. Assist with responding to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally. Assist with coordinating vendors and monitoring project execution. Ensure vendors maintain current Certificates of Insurance (COIs), W-9 forms, and other required documentation. Administrative & Documentation Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls appropriately, and screen spam or sales calls. Perform general administrative duties including filing, mail distribution, outgoing mail, scanning, and document organization. Prepare and distribute accurate meeting minutes. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or Real Estate Interest in or experience with commercial real estate or property management. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Enjoy solving problems and finding practical solutions. Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Reliable, punctual, and accountable for completing responsibilities.
