Property Manager

We’re Hiring: Local Property Manager | New Braunfels, Canyon Lake & Seguin, TX We work with vacation rental portfolios across multiple U.S. markets, and we’re currently looking for a strong local Property Manager to help oversee one of our clients’ portfolios of approximately **15 vacation rental homes across New Braunfels, Canyon Lake, and Seguin.** We’re looking for someone who can think like both a property manager and an owner. Someone who understands that great property management is not just responding when something breaks. It’s keeping the homes in excellent condition, staying ahead of problems, managing people well, controlling costs, and making sure the entire portfolio operates smoothly. The role will include: Overseeing the day‑to‑day condition and operations of the properties Coordinating cleaners, maintenance teams, contractors, and local vendors Conducting regular property inspections Managing repairs and preventive maintenance Making sure properties are consistently guest‑ready Tracking property issues and following them through to completion Managing supplies, inventory, and recurring property services Handling urgent on‑site issues when needed Reviewing vendor work, quotes, and costs Identifying improvements that can make the properties operate better Keeping our remote team updated on the condition and needs of the portfolio We don’t need someone who simply passes tasks from one vendor to another. We want someone who can walk into a property and think: What needs attention? What could become a problem? What can be improved? And what would I do if this were my own home? Who We'd Like to Meet You’ll likely be a strong fit if you have experience in: Property management Vacation rentals / short‑term rentals Residential portfolios Hospitality Luxury or furnished homes You should be organized, resourceful, comfortable managing multiple properties at once, and able to make good decisions without needing constant direction.
