The Role:

As a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant , you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, whole-person care to patients experiencing chronic pain, depression, or substance use disorders. Working directly out of our main office, you will collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team in a supportive, fast-paced environment. This role offers the perfect balance of clinical independence and immediate, on-site peer collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough patient assessments, formulate accurate diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Manage same-day patient visits and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and timely (within 72 hours).
• Provide in-house treatments such as trigger point injections and pharmacy refills.
• Facilitate appropriate referrals for imaging services, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic care, Orthopedic consultations, and laboratory services.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless care delivery, efficient clinic flow, and robust patient support.

What You Bring:

• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant license in Maryland.
• Active CDS and DEA licenses.
• Experience in pain management, mental health, behavioral health, or addiction medicine is preferred.
• Demonstrated strong clinical judgment, excellent time management, and meticulous follow-through.
• A patient-first mindset, committed to providing compassionate and comprehensive care.
• Comfort and proficiency working independently in a satellite clinic setting, with full remote support.
