Role Description This full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role is located in Menifee, CA. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address orthopedic, sports, industrial, and other rehabilitation needs. Daily responsibilities include documenting clinical findings, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting treatment plans to optimize functional outcomes. The role involves educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management strategies, while collaborating closely with physicians, case managers, employers, and other rehabilitation professionals. The Physical Therapist will also participate in interdisciplinary communication, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and uphold Rancho Physical Therapy’s standards of patient-centered care and professional ethics. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Strong Patient Care and Home Care skills, including patient education, safety awareness, and promotion of long-term functional independence. Foundational knowledge of Medicine relevant to musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions treated in an outpatient setting. Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist in California; Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent required. Prior outpatient or orthopedic clinical experience preferred; experience with sports or industrial rehabilitation is a plus. Effective interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Ability to manage a varied caseload, prioritize tasks, and maintain professional judgment in a fast-paced clinical environment.
