Senior Clinical Specialist

Abbott seeks a Senior Clinical Specialist for its Electrophysiology business in Jacksonville, Florida. The role provides advanced technical, clinical, and educational support for EP products to physicians and healthcare professionals, requiring strong expertise in atrial fibrillation treatment technologies and ability to mentor junior specialists.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced engineering, sales, and clinical support on complex EP product inquiries from physicians and field staff
- Build and maintain credible relationships with medical customers and identify sales opportunities for account growth
- Develop and lead training programs and educational seminars on EP products for healthcare professionals
- Mentor and provide leadership coaching to less experienced clinical specialists and clinical associates
- Conduct regional procedural case coverage and provide back-up support for sales, clinical studies, and troubleshooting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in electrophysiology
- IBHRE EP certification required
- Prior industry or competitive EP experience
- Ability to perform complex EP cases independently and mentor others
- Top performer status with proven case completion metrics
- Vendor credentialing compliance including COVID-19 vaccination
