Based in Wareham, MA, you’ll guide a high-performing team through the full spectrum of industrial maintenance—keeping production moving and our facilities operating at peak efficiency.

Your morning begins with a brief huddle to set priorities for planned maintenance and condition-based tasks, while staging rapid-response resources for unexpected repairs. You’ll align the maintenance schedule with production needs, ensuring work orders support output targets and minimize disruptions.

Mid-morning finds you walking the floor—reviewing equipment status, verifying safe work practices, and conducting hands-on diagnostics when needed (yes, you’re comfortable grabbing an ohmmeter to quickly trace an electrical issue). You’ll check on HVAC performance, building systems, and utilities to confirm a safe, efficient environment across the facility.

Afternoons often shift to projects: coordinating cross-functional teams on equipment upgrades, new installations, or modifications. You’ll track milestones, budgets, and scopes to ensure projects land on time and deliver measurable improvements. Throughout, you’ll keep meticulous records—maintenance histories, parts inventory, and compliance documentation—fueling continuous improvement.

• Leadership of the maintenance organization, overseeing preventive, predictive, and corrective work across all plant assets.
• Facilities stewardship: HVAC, building infrastructure, and utilities maintained for safety, reliability, and efficiency.
• Project coordination for equipment upgrades, installations, and modifications with cross-functional partners.
• Regular inspections and precise troubleshooting using electrical test tools (including ohmmeters) and mechanical techniques.
• Accurate recordkeeping of work orders, parts, and equipment histories to meet compliance requirements and drive improvement.
• Safety leadership—ensuring adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations while building a strong safety culture.
• Production partnership—aligning maintenance plans to reduce downtime and boost manufacturing efficiency.
• Team development—training staff on procedures, safety protocols, and technical skills for industrial maintenance.

• Proven experience leading industrial/manufacturing maintenance teams with supervisory responsibility.
• Demonstrated project management capability from scoping and planning through execution and closeout.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing operations and how maintenance integrates with production schedules.
• Ability to interpret technical schematics and mechanical drawings with confidence.
• Background in industrial maintenance management; prior experience in a similar leadership role is strongly preferred.
