Position: Recruiter Location: Sumner, WA Pay: $28 to $29/hour + uncapped commission Experience: At least 1 year of experience in staffing or recruiting Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Logic Staffing is seeking a Recruiter to join a growing team! Job Description Interview potential candidates to assess fit and qualifications. Maintain accurate records and notes in a customer relationship management system or similar system. Perform high-volume outreach aligned with sales and recruitment goals. Deliver persuasive pitches and proposals to present services as ideal solutions. Manage post-placement tasks and ensure smooth administrative follow-through. Communicate professionally with candidates, clients, and internal teams. Assess the quality of leads and prospects based on set criteria. Qualify candidates to ensure alignment with hiring standards. Build trust and maintain strong relationships throughout the recruitment process. Position Requirements Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service orientation with a collaborative, team-first mindset. Proficiency in using office productivity software and social media platforms. Driven and persistent in achieving recruitment goals. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage time and priorities efficiently.
