Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support a welcoming environment, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. You will complete routine patrols, respond to site needs, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication while reflecting Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns and documenting activity in accordance with site expectations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry points, visitor traffic, and restricted areas while supporting access control practices and reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Assist with routine security-related checks and post duties, which may include observing cameras, communicating with site personnel, and completing required reports before, during, and after incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
