What You'll Do
- Conduct portable X-Rays using digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment at healthcare facilities, including nursing homes, hospitals, and correctional facilities
- Obtain clinically diagnostic, high-quality X-Ray images for physician review
- Perform EKGs and transmit results to cardiologists, as required
- Unload and set up portable X-Ray equipment at various sites
- Maintain and clean X-Ray equipment and vehicle to ensure optimal operation
- Communicate professionally with team members, dispatch, and clients
- Scan and submit exam paperwork and billing documents daily
- Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with healthcare standards
What You Need
- Required:
- ARRT certification
- Valid state licensure (reimbursement offered after 90 days)
- Ability to push/pull heavy equipment (50-100 lbs with accommodations)
- Preferred:
- Experience in portable radiography and EKG procedures
- Strong communication skills and professional attitude
