Chief Financial Officer (Confidential Search) We are seeking a strategic, growth-oriented Chief Financial Officer to help lead and scale a high-performing automotive dealership organization with locations across Florida and Georgia. This executive will serve as a trusted partner to ownership, driving financial strategy, operational excellence, and long-term value creation across a multi‑rooftop platform. Key Responsibilities Lead all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, internal controls, and performance management Partner closely with ownership to drive strategic planning, investment decisions, and growth initiatives Build, optimize, and scale financial infrastructure to support expansion and operational efficiency Identify and implement process improvements and best-in-class financial practices Provide leadership and mentorship across the organization, influencing stakeholders at all levels What You Bring Significant experience within a multi‑rooftop automotive dealership environment Ability to operate effectively at both a strategic and hands‑on level Proven success scaling financial operations in a high‑growth organization Experience working directly with ownership groups, boards, or private investors Strong executive presence with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (MBA and/or CPA preferred) 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally within a multi‑dealership environment and/or public accounting Demonstrated success building and leading high‑performing finance teams Automotive retail experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills Confidentiality This is a confidential search.
