Service Technician – Paid Training | $23/hr + OT

We're hiring a Service Technician for our Albuquerque team. You'll receive paid training to learn how to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair the commercial dishwashing equipment our restaurant and food-service customers lease from us.
This isn't a shop position. You'll work independently in the field, service customers throughout the Albuquerque area, deliver products, and build relationships along the way.
What You'll Do- Learn to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair commercial dishwashing equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance during scheduled customer visits
- Use basic hand tools to diagnose and resolve equipment problems
- Drive a company vehicle to customer locations throughout your assigned route
- Deliver, unload, and restock cleaning and sanitation products
- Work directly with customers and resolve service concerns
- Recommend additional products when you identify a customer need
- Complete approximately 6–11 customer stops per day
- Prepare your vehicle and inventory for the next day's route
- $23/hour + overtime and on-call pay
- Typical 45+ hour workweek
- Anticipated annual earnings: $60,000–$65,000
- Monday–Friday, typically 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
- On-call rotation approximately every 10 weeks
- Paid hands-on technical training

- Company vehicle during business hours
- Company phone, tools, and uniforms
- Career progression with first-year earnings typically reaching $70,000–$75,000 after moving into the Service & Sales Representative position
