Project Coordinator

You'll support project teams across documentation, reporting, data management, and stakeholder communications — playing a real part in how our projects get delivered.If you're a recent grad who's detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and ready to grow fast, we'd love to connect.You, as a Project Coordinator, will:Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in project administration and field workReview, interpret and update construction schedulesMaintain accurate and up-to-date shop drawings, track the status of RFI's, obtain quotations for notices of change, update and assemble as-built documentsWork alongside and regularly communicate with owners, architects, contractors and engineersConduct quality control activities, inspection programs and periodic updating of construction progress recordsProvide information and interpretation of plans, detail sheets and specifications for contractorsReport accurate quantities for labor cost reports and accurately monitor material ledgers to ensure quantities in estimate are sufficient to complete the projectFind solutions to conflicts in structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical drawings and specifications and follow-up with consultants and sub-trades to completionEnsure construction work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications and design instructionEllisDon is proud to provide this unique career opportunity that provides continuous learning, opportunity for growth, and a competitive compensation package within an environment that is committed to inclusion and respects diversity.
