In this outpatient role, you will manage a primarily orthopedic and musculoskeletal caseload with a mix of post-surgical, sports-related, and chronic conditions. You will be responsible for comprehensive evaluations, development of individualized plans of care, implementation of therapeutic interventions, and ongoing reassessment to ensure progress toward patient-centered goals. A typical day includes conducting initial evaluations, providing one-on-one or small-group treatment sessions, supervising support staff as appropriate, documenting in the EMR, and collaborating with referring physicians and other healthcare providers. Patient schedules are designed to support high-quality, personalized care, with reasonable patient volumes that allow for thorough treatment and documentation. The clinic is equipped with modern rehabilitation tools, exercise equipment, and treatment modalities to support a wide range of therapeutic approaches. Shifts are generally daytime, weekday hours, with some flexibility depending on clinic needs and patient demand.
