Do you have experience operating industrial machinery or working in a manufacturing environment? A growing manufacturing facility is seeking dependable Production Operators to support automated production processes. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy troubleshooting equipment, keeping production lines running efficiently, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
⚙ Primary Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Observe machine performance and make routine adjustments to maintain product quality.
- Identify equipment issues and perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Complete routine machine cleaning, inspections, and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Accurately record production information using computerized systems.
- Collaborate with production teams to meet daily output, quality, and safety goals.
- Safely work around conveyors, automated equipment, and other industrial machinery.
- Maintain a clean work area and follow all established safety procedures.
- Fast-paced manufacturing facility with automated equipment.
- Requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing throughout the shift.
- Frequent interaction with production machinery in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to lift materials and components as needed during normal job duties.
- Comfortable working in a noisy industrial setting while following strict safety standards.
We're looking for candidates with experience in one or more of the following:
- Manufacturing or industrial production
- Machine operation or equipment operation
- Automated production lines
- Mechanical troubleshooting or preventative maintenance
- Agricultural, military, or other mechanically focused environments
