Key Responsibilities of the Ultrasound Technologist - Interventional Radiology

• Perform ultrasound procedures in the interventional radiology department
• Operate GE ultrasound equipment to capture images of patient anatomy
• Ensure patient safety and provide high-quality patient care
• Document procedures in Meditech EMR system accurately
• Collaborate effectively with radiologists and other healthcare team members

Requirements of the Ultrasound Technologist - Interventional Radiology

• Active ARDMS certification
• Valid BLS certification
• Experience in ultrasound imaging, preferably in an interventional radiology setting
