Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting during night shift hours
• Operate and monitor Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) for critically ill patients
• Manage and monitor patients supported by Impella cardiac assist devices
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for ICU patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to unit protocols, safety standards, and dress code requirements (Navy Blue scrubs)

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 18 months of ICU experience within the past 3 years
• Demonstrated proficiency with CRRT
• Demonstrated proficiency with Impella devices
• Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility (no local travelers)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO)
• Prior travel nursing experience in a high-acuity ICU environment
