The Personal Banker position is a dynamic position that performs both transaction and sales and service duties. The responsibilities may vary day to day based on the needs of the branch office.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:SalesServiceOperationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or GEDMinimum of 6 months of sales and service experience in a customer facing retail environmentStrong interpersonal skills, including listening, written and verbal communicationAbility to work a flexible schedule based upon the needs of the businessDemonstrations positive and professional demeanor with all customers and co-workersStrong math and analytical skillsUnderstand and adhere to safety and security practicesDemonstrate and apply good relationship building skillsProficient at establishing strong connections with customers and prospective customers through consultative conversations affording presentations of sales opportunitiesStrong customer service/advocacy skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsStrong PC skills. Ability to quickly learn various computer programs, including Microsoft officePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Prior Retail banking experienceLife and Health Licenses to support investment programWORKING CONDITIONS:Retail Banking Branch AreasWilling and able to work required overtimeWilling and able to travel to other locations/branchesMust be flexible and demonstrate the ability to adapt to new job locations and reassignments as directedLifting from 5 to 25 lbs. This role is incentive eligible based upon company, business, and/or individual goal achievement and performance.
