Maintenance MechanicOur client, a well-known American cosmetics company, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team! The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and machinery in the Production areas.Job Title: Maintenance MechanicLocation: Blaine, MN 55449Pay Range: $25-$30hr 1st shift | Mon-Fri | 7am-3:30pmWhat's in it for me?Weekly PayFull benefits after 90 daysFree educationTemp to hireWhat's the Job?Troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance (PM) on plant equipment and machinery.Work directly with employees to develop efficient, effective setups, changeovers and operation of equipment.Assist line personnel in troubleshooting mechanical issues.Maintains, installs, operates, sets up, and tests all types of plant equipment.Utilize proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times and understand the concept and follow LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures.What's Needed?Strong English ability – understanding, reading, writing and speakingExperience with automation applications in an industrial manufacturing setting.High School Diploma or its equivalent; and an associate degree in a related maintenance fieldAbility to stand and walk majority of an 8-hour shiftAbility to perform physical movements (push and pull 40-pounds)Are you Interested?
