Full-time, Monday - Friday schedule; 8 am - 6 pm with no call and no weekends Interventional psychiatry focus with esketamine and ketamine-assisted treatment Collaborative, non-hierarchical team including RNs, a social worker, and front office staff Treats patients with treatment-resistant depression and medical trauma Virtual medication intakes and follow-up visits with on-site operational oversight role One remote workday per week possible with schedule flexibility Academic affiliations available for all staff psychiatrists BE/BC in Psychiatry required; active Maryland licensure or willingness to obtain Our services are free for you We help negotiate your salary and contract We coordinate interviews and help with licenses Specialized recruiters match your career preferences Experienced support teams take care of every detail Salary from $270000.00 to $360000.00 annually Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
