No Are weekends required? No Are block schedules required? Yes What are expected ratios? 1:20 Special requirements OR LIC: At least 1 year of experience with outpatient infusion. Oversight of the medication use process within an outpatient infusion center. Order verification of non-hazardous and hazardous outpatient infusion medications, this includes oncology. IV Infusion compounding product evaluation and verification. Evaluation of oncology and non-oncology treatment plans. Evaluation and verification of insurance coverage prior to initiating and treatment plan. Infusion medication patient education. Infusion adverse reaction participation and management. Must have oncology patient care.

Skills REQUIRED: Outpatient Infusion, Med Surg, Labor and Delivery, Emergency Department, and Oncology Order verification of non-hazardous and hazardous outpatient infusion medications, this includes oncology.
