Industrial Equipment Reliability TechnicianA day in this role

You roll in before sunrise, walk the production floor on the east side of Indianapolis, and start your first-shift routine. Machines are humming, but a line throws a fault. You diagnose it quickly, swap a component, verify on the HMI that the issue is cleared, and get the team running again. Between calls, you execute preventive maintenance, make careful inspections, and document each action to drive uptime. When the shift ends at 2:30 p.m., you leave knowing you kept production moving.

What you'll do

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery to resolve issues fast
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and safety/condition inspections
• Record work performed and implement steps that reduce future downtime

What you bring

• 2+ years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience
• Hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with PLC/HMI interfaces and a strong preventive maintenance mindset

Schedule, pay, and location

• Shift: First shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
• Pay: $29–$34 per hour, BOE
• Where: East side of Indianapolis
• Employment type: Evaluation-to-hire
