Cardone Capital offers investment funds that invest directly in private real estate transactions.This is full-time onsite Monday to Friday in Aventura, FL - No remote optionsCardone Capital has an immediate opening for an Investor Relations Associate to join our dynamic real estate team in Miami. As an Investor Relations Associate, you will primarily connect with potential investors interested in growing their wealth through equity placements in institutional multifamily real estate. This role provides information about opportunities for accredited and non-accredited investors looking to preserve and grow their net worth by equity investments in multifamily real estate. The position works closely with potential and current investors and reports directly to the Investor Relations Manager.Responsibilities:Evaluate investment opportunities and present detailed information to investorsAdvise potential and current investors on fund return targets and investment strategyMaintain and expand relationships with current investor baseProspect clients and follow up on warm leadsCoordinate client and prospective investor requests with appropriate team membersMaintain the Investor Relations CRM databaseRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Accounting or similar field preferredOne to two years' experience working for a real estate firm or financial institution or a strong interest in real estate investing generallyMaintain the strictest of confidence while dealing with confidential mattersProfessional verbal and written communication skillsExperience with Microsoft Office SuiteSuperb time management skillsAbility to work in an intense, fast paced environmentSuperior attention to detailExcellent organizational skillsCardone Real Estate Acquisitions is an equal opportunity employer.
