Senior Finance Analyst, Biosciences OperationsThis dynamic Senior Finance Analyst, Biosciences Operations will lead key financial planning and analysis activities for the Biosciences division. This is a high visibility role within the business, providing a tremendous opportunity for learning and long-term career growth. We are a fast-paced, robust team looking for a candidate who will continue to drive the Finance function forward.This position requires on-site presence at our Eugene, OR location (29851 Willow Creek). Relocation assistance is not available for this role.Key Responsibilities:Operate as the finance and accounting leader for 2 manufacturing sites (onsite in Eugene, OR and remote for Bothell, WA)Proactively provide insights to drive informed decision making and strong financial performanceManage the monthly forecast cycle ensuring accuracy and clear communication of key issuesChampion identified key continuous improvement projects, to drive improved resultsImplementation and oversight of appropriate systems and control/process standardsSafeguard company property and assets embedding internal financial controls, compensatory controls and/or risk mitigation plans into the areas of responsibilityLead the Annual Operating Plan process for the siteMinimum Requirements/Qualifications:Degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA, CMA, or CPA preferred but not required)4+ years of proven experience in operations finance within a large, multi-national companySignificant experience leading and developing successful teamsSelf-reliant, problem solver with a natural bias towards continuous operational improvementOutstanding excel skills and experience with small to mid-sized ERP systemsUnderstanding of finance, accounting, and impact to reporting systemsExperience with Hyperion Planning, Smartview or similar systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven track record of working with a diverse group of individualsAbility to effectively communicate and collaborate with senior managementDemonstrated experience in a complex, multinational, heavily matrixed organizationEmbraces challenges in a continuously evolving environment
