Job Details

In this role, you will support attorneys by drafting essential legal documents, managing client communications, and ensuring cases run smoothly from start to finish.

Job Duties:

• Probate document drafting
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person.
• Prepare and organize files for meetings and signings.
• Schedule appointments and manage attorney calendars.
• Assist with deed preparation and recording.
• Handle client intake calls and gather key information.
• Maintain accurate case files and use technology to stay organized.

Qualifications:

• Mid-level paralegal experience preferred within probate law.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Smokeball or similar legal practice software is a bonus!
