**Job Requirements & Qualifications:** - **Experience:** - 2 years of experience is a hard stop requirement - Previous Charge Experience: Preferred - Community Hospital Experience: Required - LTAC Experience: Preferred - Trauma Level I Experience: Preferred - Trauma Level II Experience: Preferred - **Certifications:** - ACLS - BLS - NIHSS - PALS - TNCC - **Skills:** - BiPAP/CPAP management - Care of Ventilated Patient - Central line care/management - CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident) - Isolation Precautions/PPE - IV vasopressors - Management of dysrhythmias - Stroke Certified Facility - Triage - **Licensure:** - Compact license must be in hand at submission - **References:** - 2 References covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within the last 3 years during the compliance process and prior to start. Can include Charge RNs/Lead - **Additional Requirements:** - Must have experience with the charting system: Epic
