Sales Development Specialist

Conducting targeted phone-based marketing campaigns, the full-time remote Sales Development Specialist will generate business development opportunities with financial professionals and maintain accurate profiles using CrumpCRM. Key responsibilities Perform outbound marketing calls to new and existing financial professionals to generate business opportunities Utilize CrumpCRM to log interactions and support financial professionals in adopting digital platform tools Provide customer support for inbound sales inquiries and assist with training of teammates Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience Prior phone-based sales or service experience is preferred Experience in financial services is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a self-directed manner
